Refund policy
Replacement for damaged or lost items
If your item arrives damaged or your parcel is lost in transit, we will send a free replacement. Email adam@blvckstudios.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or your tracking details if the parcel hasn’t arrived. We’ll make it right.
Cooling-off during the sales period (through 16 November)
During the sales period through 16 November, you have 7 calendar days from delivery to request a return/cancellation. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and you’ll need your order number and proof of purchase.
After 16 November: all sales are final
Orders placed or delivered after 16 November aren’t eligible for returns or refunds. Exception: damaged or lost items (see “Replacement for damaged or lost items”).
How to start a return or replacement
Email adam@blvckstudios.com. Returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted. Approved returns receive a return label and instructions.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable. We also don’t accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank/card issuer may need extra time to post the refund. Questions? adam@blvckstudios.com.
Statutory EU rights
For deliveries within the EU, statutory withdrawal rights may apply. Please check your local regulations.
